Liked: Fully renovated on the inside. Great kitchen bathroom and TV
Disliked: Outside could scare folks off as it really needs renovation and paint

Exactly what I needed

Liked: Nestled between the east branch of the ausable river and Lewis brook. Great location to access Keene , jay or Wilmington ny. Easy access to countless fishing and swimming spots with easy access to lake placid.
Disliked: Nothing- to me this is exactly the Adirondack experience.

Exactly what I was looking...

Liked: Great place no contact and they let me bring my dog! She loved it! Cute view of a stream from the bathroom window and a Mountain View from the balcony! Rooms were clean and smelled nice along with all facilities! Will stay here again! 5 stars
