Liked: The hotel suite was lovely.
Disliked: There wasn't anything bad.

We had a clean, comfy room; walking distance to Baltimore SoundStage; everyone was helpful and friendly and we were lucky to have the breakfast in the cloud room - beautiful view.

Liked: The location; the room itself was cool and clean with comfy bed. Close to inner harbor; walking distance to everything.
Disliked: Nothing really. The worst thing was the alley way window, but that happens. I would recommend the hotel, no question.

Took my teenage daughter to a concert, the hotel was an easy walk to and from the show. The hotel staff was amazing and the room was very nice. The breakfast was yummy. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, our stay was OK....

Liked: The front desk staff were very nice and informative. It was also close to the Baltimore food festival that we were attending.
Disliked: The shower backing up while taking a shower and only having a half a roll of toilet paper.

Liked: Neavah was very nice but other everything else was disappointing.
Disliked: When we first arrived the smell of weed in the elevator and hallway on the 8th floor was very strong. Giving it the benefit of the doubt we decided to give the place a chance. In the evening I was with my 6yr old daughter on the table when a baby cockroach appeared on the table. I killed it immediately but was turned off by the uncleaniness of our room.
