Disappointed

Liked: The location was perfect!
Disliked: The staff exhibited unprofessional and discourteous behavior throughout my visit. Despite requesting an early check-in, in advance; this was not accommodated appropriately. Additionally, my booking was mishandled, leading to further inconvenience as they only had me booked for one night when clearly the reservation said two. My key then did not work for the second night and I had to go down to get new key as they ONLY had me booked for one night! I was also informed that an airport shuttle service was available; however, when I inquired about it before departure, the staff appeared to have no knowledge of such a service. Compounding these issues, the bathroom in my room had a persistent and unpleasant odor reminiscent of a sewer.This experience did not reflect the standards of a four-star hotel, nor did it justify the price paid. I am extremely dissatisfied and would like my money back!

Liked: Central location Comfortable and clean
Disliked: I came straight from the airport in morning and was offered an early check in as the room was ready. Charged 100 euros for that which I thought was excessive. Being tired from a US flight I took the early check in but I’m disappointed that this charge was over the top.
