We had a nice stay...

Liked: Nice design, very clean and in good order, lovely facilities with lounge and pantry
Disliked: No airconditioning and windows hard to open. Room was quite small but that was acceptable for the good price. Description about walking distance time from Haymarket station is misleading. It is never 5 mins walk from Haymarket unless you have no luggage and run!

Liked: We spent 2 nights at the hotel, we arrived in Edinburgh for our son's university graduation. The location of the accommodation is good, everything was within walking distance. Cleanliness, equipment, comfort were absolutely fine. There is no breakfast option in the hotel, but there is a room, called "pantry", where water, fruit juices, coffee are available for free.I also liked the nice room called "lounge", where we were able to hold a small family celebration in a calm and comfortable environment.

Liked: Very nice room, close to the tourist activities to walk if you want, and right between two different bus routes if you don’t but far enough away you’re not dealing with the crowds. Good facilities, good check in/out system, VERY quiet. Good size bathroom.
Disliked: Window doesn’t open very much, which isn’t great when it’s hot. Bathroom oddly had a panel missing into the loft area, I suspect cuz it looked like the vent fan was broken.
