Liked: My daughters 16th birthday. The spa was phenomenal. We also had some neurodiverse people in our group and the staff were so helpful and patient. Staff were extremely accommodating and I will definitely return

Disliked: Had to pay for parking because we booked through Booking.com

A unique and comfortable stay.

Liked: This hotel was a pleasant, but unexpected find for us. Very cool location, particularly if you are a car enthusiast. With the Brooklands museum around the corner; the Mercedes-Benz experience center right next door; and close to all the amenities you could want - including proximity to the motorway - staying here made for a really unique experience. Our room was comfortable and really quite large, which we loved after 15 days staying in much smaller spaces. Breakfast was good, though a little expensive for what you got.
Disliked: Staff were not rude, but were not particularly engaged or welcoming either. Also, while the room was large and comfortable it was also quite dark. It needed more lamps, given the lack of overhead lighting.

Overall pleasant experience.

Liked: Room was good clean and comfortable. The lifts were the most efficient I have experienced. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The bar staff were inattentive.
Disliked: Cost of car parking was horrendous and not disclosed as part of the cost of staying at the hotel.
