Next to Mercedes Benz World Brooklands Hotel has a spa and free Wi-Fi. It has an Art Deco inspired décor and is located within Brooklands motor racing circuit. The award-winning 1907 restaurant bar & grill is named after the year the world famous Brooklands racetrack opened and draws inspiration from the 1920s and 30s - a period of glamor innovation and the golden age of racing. Liked: Location and facilities - but no flannels?
Disliked: Reception - dropped car off and headed into London - were able to check in to one of our two rooms but would be charged £15 as early🤷‍♀️We opted not to check in until 10pm when we returned. Check out - same lady- she sent her colleague to chase after us as she thought we had not paid parking. I had paid for 2 rooms and car parking for both cars so it was on our room billing. It was her honest mistake but her attitude was very officious and she did not apologise having had her error pointed out to her. Awful attitude sadly.

Passable

Liked: Acommedated my early check in time staff friendly breakfast was great also bathroom got a bath and shower which is great
Disliked: The air conditioning wasn't working and called down to reception as it was late the did supply me with a fan while they tried to fix the called me back and asked me to move to another room very late and this wasn't possible for me to do being disabled I had already gotten myself settled
