Excellent stay, nothing willdisappoint ypou...

Liked: Room was excellent and very, very friendly staff. The restaurant had some upgrades in decor and menu since we last went and these are excellent. Particularly the steak which they are now specializing in. Complimentary parking was absolutely appropriate - now the charges have been put in on the parking..
Disliked: There were three Christmas parties going on the night we arrived, so it was busy. This was good except the two nights I stayed there was no parking spaces left for me to park in. So this was a problem -- I had to drive around for 15 mins, or longer to find a somewhere to leave my car. There was no plan or alternative from Reception Staff who said: "It is very busy tonight ...!"

Liked: Room was great, comfortable bed, good size room overall.SPA Facilities were great.Location was amazing - right next to Mercedes Benz world, which is a worthwhile visit.Food at the restaurant was great.
Disliked: View from the room wasn't quite as advertised, "track view" - we had a side view which was blocked by a tree.
