Disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The carpet was stapled in place. The tile cutouts for the plumbing fixtures had major gaps. There was an old looking recliner in the room.

Decent

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was high and relaxing.
Disliked: The paint was chipped on walls, the wall decor was coming off, the bathtub bottom is chipping, the mirror had rust or dirt on it, the carpet was stained, the floors uneven, and breakfast was minimal, not a lot was offered for the money spent as it needs repairs and updates.

Liked: The water park was good.
Disliked: I don't like my card being charged 290 dollars. And the receipt I got from the motel was only like 276 dollars. The breakfast was nothing to talk about.

Overall the stay was fair.

Liked: The location of the hotel was very good on the outside appearance was appealing. The staff was also pleasant and most were helpful.
Disliked: The room was a little dilapidated. It is obvious that the hotel could use some remodeling. When we arrived at the water park one of the pools was relatively clean but the ladders were broken and dangerous. The other pool was rather dirty and was definitely needing cleaned.
