Great staff working extremely hard...

Liked: Staff were very efficient even though they are doing multiple jobs
Disliked: The hotel is in dire need of updating. The rooms are old the spring in the matress felt like they were about to come through

Disliked: Our mattress had seen better days, squeaky & too small. Should be kingsize bed as standard in hotels not a double. Disappointingly no cups in room to make a drink and only one teabag each! At £148 for the night, expected much better and at least a biscuit or two…

Liked: Nice size rooms, great position right on the canal. Lovely pub within walking distance along the canal.
Disliked: Food very average, arrived within less than 10 mins of ordering, clearly microwaved. We were the only folk eating so that speaks for itself. Beer was off, had a different kind and that was also off. Had water instead and the jug was filthy on the inside. All pretty poor really!
