Liked: Location, has a swimming pool, staff were lovely
Disliked: Fire alarum repeatedly went off early morning. Decor needs updating, particularly the bathrooms

Liked: Nothing. Very average. Over priced.bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Very average. Over priced. No air con. Welcome was average. First thing said to me was a £5 car parking charge. For such a suburban property it doesn’t feel warranted unless they are gouging more money. Why not just include bit but fair enough against those that don’t drive. Lights in corridors off. Dull bathroom. Roasting hot room. It was a hot day. None of the staff were that happy. Not surprised. Average breakfast.

Reported to reception to them saying nothing can be done.Couldn't have a bath due to button being broken!!! Had to stay in another hotel at 2am due to the lack of sleep and my stressed pregnant wife!! Reported to booking.com with photo evidence of issues waiting over 2 weeks no no refund no feedback nothing.No longer using booking.com
