Disliked: service by staff dreadful, food not good and to pay for WIFi is ridiculous.room was disappointing - not what I expected from a spa hotel - bed was just ok

Liked: Reception area all revamped and it's now a standard residents hotel . Staff lovely and friendly .
Disliked: Just hoping against hope they will finally realise that WiFi should be standard. Its the only hotel I've ever stayed in that charges extra in this day and age !

Liked: Excellent service. When we arrived later in the evening after a long drive we got a chance still to use the spa. Everyone was accomodating.
Disliked: The room we were given was not cleaned and made up, however that was quickly rectified by reception and we were given and upgrade because the trouble.

Liked: Was located close to the hospital which was our sole reason for being down there a few days. Bed was comfortable. Rooms warm.
Disliked: The bathroom was a bit grimey. I expected a bit more for the star rating. Food at the bar was not the best. Very fried and not much to choose from. Old corks and wrappers in our room, which were from previous guests.
