Poor ventilation, no AC, and...

Liked: Good location. Less than half an half-hour drive to Birmingham City Centre.
Disliked: We had to pay for parking. The hotel didn't have AC, and on a warm day outside (25 degrees), the room was hot. The hotel provided the fan, but it wasn't helpful due to the poor ventilation system. The toilet flush was faulty and took so long to fill the water tank.

Liked: The buffet breakfast had a good selection to satisfy all tastes and plenty of it.
Disliked: We were surprised to pay £5 for the overnight parking
