Liked: located in the very center of the town,room nice, very simpleaverage breakfastgood dinner in hotel restaurant ... just bit expensive
Disliked: missing reception - we had to chase the responsible in the underground restaurantloud in the early morning due to traffic ... but I knew that before confirming reservation

Pleasant stay in centrally located...

Liked: The hotel was extremely helpful and proactive when I was describing the need of a place to put my son's medication, which needs to be in a fridge. They immediately brought a small refrigerator to our room. Very nicely placed in the city and spacious rooms.
Disliked: The floor heating in the bathroom could not be turned down, so it heated the whole hotel room to incredible temperatures. Consider turning that down centrally - thanks!

Liked: Charming large rooms, the best breakfast ever, perfect location right in town, convenient bus stop.
Disliked: Mattress needs updating, no staff available in early AM to check out, just left keys with chef in kitchen.

A well maintained traditional hotel...

Liked: A classical hotel with impressive history. The location is dead centre of the town. Very charming. Balcony and garden space. My room was in an annex adjacent to the main building. A modern and comfortable room though traditional style. It had a water boiler, coffee and tea available. The breakfast was generous.
Disliked: The bed was unfortunately soft and had a leaning to one side. Must have been damaged earlier. I have let the staff know so expect it to be fixed.

Beautiful hotel in UNESCO zone

Liked: This is beautiful hotel located in the UNESCO protected zone. There was a vintage tile stove in my room. It was quite clean with a comfortable bed and good linens. Five minute walk to bus stop and two grocery stores nearby.
Disliked: The check in person at the desk made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by checking in. I needed to leave shortly before the 8am breakfast time because I had to catch a bus. When I had messaged the hotel about this in advance, the person said I could get a sandwich from the breakfast area before leaving. The hotel didn't have any record of my request, though when down there in the morning the woman setting up breakfast was helpful and accommodating. It was loud in the room at night, but the hotel provides earplugs.
