Quirky hotel in a fantastic...

Liked: Location was fantastic, quirky decor, staff were very friendly and attentive
Disliked: Beds were a little uncomfortable and creakyRoom could have been cleaned better as there were crisps on the carpet around the room

Amazing hotel decor and breakfast....

Liked: The decor was really stunning. Great location, short walk to the beach. Breakfast was so so good!
Disliked: I felt some of the staff weren’t very friendly, especially on reception. Check out was at 11 but at 10:30, a cleaner (we presume) barely knocked on our door before entering to clean to room. Luckily we were just packing up our bags but we could have been in the shower or getting changed etc. Thought this was poor, not as if it was close to 11am.

We couldn’t fault anything

Liked: The decor was absolutely beautiful,,we dined in the onsite restaurant and the food was amazing
Disliked: I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the outside space but I was expecting a lot more quirkiness out there

Overall the Hotel was great...

Liked: Room was lovely . Staff were very helpful & pleasant. The Decor in all parts of the Hotel were exceptional you didn't know where to look first then as you spent more time in each room you kept finding new and quirky things to look at although some of areas in the Hotel were a little jaded and dusty cobwebs etc but as its near the end of the season and they were exceptionally busy it wasn't a big problem.The only thing I will say is that the garden could have done with some TLC.The Lunch and Dinner were exceptional that's why we decided to eat at the Hotel the both nights we stayed.
Disliked: The breakfast were ok but not exceptional especially on the second day Monday morning my husband and I decided that the Chef wasn't in a very good mood as it looked as if the meal had been thrown at the plate.

Great location, great food, just...

Liked: The location is great, the bar and restaurant are decorated well and in a fun way. The evening meal at the restaurant was beautiful with large portions.
Disliked: The shower in the work, the room was clean on the surface but when you looked closer there were cobwebs, dead flies and some staining on the bedding. When we went down for breakfast it was confusing as to what was including on our stay. We ordered some fruit and pastries from the menu that didn’t arrive. There were no staff around (tables hadn’t been cleared either) so we ate what did arrive and left.
