Disliked: As an old property, somewhat maze-like inside and took a couple of trips to the room before we stopped taking wrong turns

Liked: Staff we fabulous, friendly and attentive.
Disliked: The room was very basic, basic facilities, 2 single beds joined together which wasn’t the best. Could do with updating

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: Lovely building, nicely decorated,parking on site, friendly staff, good food nice bar area, rooms decorates nicely too
Disliked: Our room had a flood and we couldn't stay in it and the alternative was a 4 foot bed when my husband is 6f it meant for a bad night's sleep and we felt it shouldn't have been sold as a double bedded room. We were however upgraded the next day as compensation to the honeymoon suite which was fantastic. So the staff did everything they could to keep us happy

Lovely and we shall definitely...

Liked: Staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Just the car parking as there are few spaces so you need to find parking in the road if you are unlucky not to find a space in the hotel.

The most disappointing stay yet....

Liked: We visit 4/5 times a year. We love Brockley. It is a beautiful hotel
Disliked: This is the second time i have stayed and told that there is no salmon for breakfast. I don’t eat meat so this is disappointing as it’s on the breakfast menu and normally at breakfast before you order they tell you if it’s unavailable. I’ve stayed on a week night and bank holiday and in the last three months and on both occasions… no smoked salmon. We were woke up to bin men tipping glass at 7am on a bank holiday. We spent £145 on an evening meal to find bones in the chilli beef. The waitress dismissed itThe room also was the most dissatisfying.
