Perfect for our needs

Liked: Very nice breakfast. Nice clean homely house.We were able to leave the car and take the bus ( every 30 mins) to NEC.
Disliked: Unfortunately although close to bus stop we chose to get a taxi back from NEC as no footpath on the road leading to the property.

Fantastic guest house

Liked: I had a fabulous stay in a beautiful home. My room was clean, tidy, spacious and well presented. The bed was comfy and I slept wonderfully. The breakfast was delicious and plenty on offer. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed.

Wouldn't book anywhere else!

Liked: Visited here as I was travelling for the Arnold Classic event held at Birmingham NEC really glad I found this place! It's not your usual hotel it's got more of a homely feel to it and the staff go beyond to meet expectations. Lovely and clean room no complaints there and a comfy bed! Freshly cooked breakfast every morning, Plenty of options on breakfast and drink. Will be back!

A great place to stay

Liked: Easy parking, spacious, welcoming - there's nothing we could criticise. Choice of pubs and restaurants nearby - easy walking distance. Excellent location for NEC
Disliked: We can't think of anything we didn't like

Excellent location for the NEC,...

Liked: Excellent location for the NEC, and walking distance to a fantastic place to eat (The Barn). Very friendly hosts and spacious rooms, with excellent wi-fi.
Disliked: The only slight criticism was that my bed was a little short, but otherwise it was an excellent stay.

Had a wonderful two nights...

Liked: Beautiful property in an excellent location close to Birmingham, Airport and NEC. Set in lovely grounds within walking distance of all village amenities and bus routes.
Disliked: Nothing at all to dislike.

A really lovely place to...

Liked: Very satisfied with the single room. I really enjoyed the English breakfast which was cooked to order. The hosts were both pleasant and helpful. There was also plently of parking behind a security gate. I stayed two nights and the guest house was in an ideal location to visit a show at the N.E.C. during the day.
Disliked: Nothing.
