Liked: The entire environment was excellent! The staff/owner was super friendly. Our room was pre-heated as the heater was on warm so we were Cosy. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was super clean and tidy. The kitchen has more than what you could need on the trip. The overall experience was absolutely awesome. If we come back to Palmerston North, I will definitely be staying again!! Not one complaint except that we didn't stay longer!

Liked: The hotel owner was very kind and thoughtful. Knowing that I would arrive late at night, he had already turned on the heater in advance, so my room was warm and cozy when I got there. There was even some milk in the fridge, which made me feel truly welcomed and cared for.

Pleasant night

Liked: The gentleman at reception was so lovely and polite. A very good first impression.
Disliked: The hot tap in the bathroom did not work and the cold tap in the same bathroom sink was hard to turn off.
