Disappointing and Misleading

Disliked: I was very disappointed with my stay here. When I booked, I specifically chose a single room and made sure it was not supposed to have a shared bathroom, as that was something I wanted to avoid. Nowhere in the booking details did it mention that the bathroom would be shared, yet when I arrived, I was told it was. This felt misleading and frustrating. On top of that, the windows in the room could not be locked, and the noise from the road outside carried into the room all night, making it very difficult to sleep. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and I would not recommend this place.
