Upon arriving at the hotel at 1 o'clock, my girlfriend and I were told our room was not ready and we were told to wait for a 1/2 hour, which we did in the rain with all our luggage. The shower took over 20 minutes to get even lukewarm; the wifi did not work and our room was not cleaned or restocked once during our two day stay.

Disliked: Service.

Disappointing

Disliked: Equipment very old, the floor was having holes underneath the carpet - felt very unsafe. The table around TV was dirty. The sheets/bed covers have had holes ( burned with cigarettes or something similar). I was not expecting much for that price, but I was not expecting anything like this.

Convenient location but dishonest with...

Liked: Close to city center
Disliked: -Pictures did not match actual room.- Main curtain did not cover the entire window, leaving a gap for all to see in the room.- Had to pay for parking for each night when that wasn't mentioned on the reservation. - Hair found in most of our bath towels.- Homeless living outside building / parking lot.

Very poor

Liked: The staff was nice. But the shower didn't work in first room called front desk and they tried to tell me that they veered sold out and that they have someone cone look at it tomorrow. I than said that they needed to refund me and now I'm being moved to a room with no hot water only warm and a busted tv. But at least I got to take a warm shower.

Overall it was fairly decent...

Liked: The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. And made the reservation online with a credit card and paid on full however I wouldn't be able to make it till later and requested that my spouse be able to check in without me being there which they allowed. I'm very grateful for them doing that. Also on another good note the shower pressure was very ample. And the hot water was endless.
Disliked: Locations little shady parking lot is extremely small and there's no microwave in the room.
