Broadway Inn by OYO Portland Downtown

Upon arriving at the hotel at 1 o'clock, my girlfriend and I were told our room was not ready and we were told to wait for a 1/2 hour, which we did in the rain with all our luggage. The shower took over 20 minutes to get even lukewarm; the wifi did not work and our room was not cleaned or restocked once during our two day stay.

Liked: Price.
Disliked: Service.

Wicked close to Moda Center

Liked: Wicked close to Moda center for a concert, 5 minutes walk.Cheap price, great value.

Liked: Convenient location, it is really close to the Moda center.
Disliked: It was in the middle of a renovation, which is a good thing, it will probably have much needed improvements the next time I stay there.

Location was great, the room...

Liked: The location was perfect.The staff were exceptionally kind, no one bothered us.
Disliked: The smoke detector was broken and hanging from the ceiling, the room door had clearly been kicked in. The beds were not clean, there were burn holes in the blankets. The carpets were gross.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was so helpful when I had and issue and was unable to stay they were understanding and did everything they could to accommodate me.
