Great location
Liked: The location is great
Disliked: There is 1 small elevator that takes longer than walking up the 3 flights of stairs. The keys didn’t work and every time you have to go back to your room someone had to open it. I remember this hotel about 20 years ago and it was sad to see it so run down it is.

NEVER BOOK HERE
Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: Every time I come to Miami they’re doing construction in front of the hotel and everything is blocked off. The staff is rude asl and cancelled my reservation because they didn’t have my room ready when it was check in time. I traveled 11 hours just to get to the hotel around 4pm and had to wait 2 more hours just to be told my room wasn’t ready and my reservation was cancelled.

Disliked: Smelled bad. Floors, towels, hallways, bed, everything was disgusting. Surrounded by construction. Slow as christmas elevator.

Disliked: They only accept cash deposits depending on who's working front desk obviously and are shady in a sense of being UNwilling to return it whatsoever unless one keeps pressing they pay it back, OUTDATED beach closed dirty and snobby staff, they really should be sued over the deposit situation
