Dirty, moldy, old, smelly hell...
Liked: Nothing went well. Disgusting facility, The location is good but other than that this property should not be advertised.
Disliked: There is nothing that I liked.I took some pics to forward to you, but since I am still travelling, I am unable to upload the pics.For two people we had 1 cup and 1 glass and 1 knife. No further cutlery. Part of the ceiling is missing. Its just a bare open hole and so is part of the carpet.I am disappointed that Booking.Com still advertises this property.

Disappointing
Disliked: Bed was horrible, photos were much better than what we experienced, bathroom was only thing renovated and the shower and spa were both horrible and moldy. Also, no toiletries were supplied which was a bit poor. We think we had the disabled room which was fine but not what we expected.

Over all, great spot for...
Liked: The property is situated central to Broadbeach, close to everything you could ever need. It is very good value for money, budget friendly. A perfect spot to rest the night after a long days of travel. A staff member was very accomodating to a canceled flight and moved the booking to the next day to accomodate a rescheduled flight with no extra fees.
Disliked: The check in time was set to 7 pm. The guest arrived for the booking, and his room wasn’t ready. He was told that 20 minutes would be required to prepare the room for him. He left his baggage with a member of staff and utilised the time to get food. Upon his return there was no one to help with his bags locked up. Due to the person coming from overseas and not having an Australian number, I communicated with staff over the phone. Somebody was sent over to reception however for quite sometime he was left there. I called up again and was talked to rudely on the phone. I was informed that he can make a call himself, and that someone should be there already. It’s a bit unprofessional and rude. The guest was left at reception with no access to his bag. None the less eventually he was attended too. It’s important to have a room prepared for your guest as well as be professional when accomodating customers on the phone.

Priced ok but overall not...
Liked: Location to beach, restaurants and activities
Disliked: Was supposed to be renovated, was not apart from the bathroom. The bed was 2 different height single beds joined together, absolutely no chance at a good nights sleep. Room had a very damp smell about it. And doors/walls paper thin so can hear every noise. Overall not a good experience within the room
