Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable Pillows were both uncomfortable. Super thin. Only 3 pillows for a king bed. Shower was not suitable for anyone who is tall.Difficult to get in and out of shower. No face washers

Very good

Liked: Location is great - walking distance to Southport amenities, and staff very helpful at check-in etc.
Disliked: Shuttle bus service to Gold Coast Airport liaison not helpful - ended up having to pay $85 for a taxi. Would have taken the bus, but it was pouring rain, and the distance to the bus stop would have meant a soaking of me and the luggage.
