Very old, soft, squeaky mattress on flat boarding providing no support or comfort. Stained sheets. Spartan room at London prices. Stayed at many chained hotels with more comfort and less cost.

Clean rooms, filling breakfasts, quiet...

Liked: I had an amazing week. I was at the conference 15-20 April and it was quite hard to find a place for less than £100 per night. This hotel was a real value for money - I paid £397 for 5 night, breakfast included! I don’t really get why this hotel doesn’t have higher rating - the breakfast is amazing - lots of choices, hot and cold, the rooms are clean, there is a kettle and coffee in the room (most 3 star hotels don’t supply that), nights are quiet, it’s not crowded, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, even Wi-Fi was solid because usually hotel connections are rubbish. 10/10 recommend.
Disliked: I’m nitpicking, everything was great overall, but perhaps look into the power sockets in the room - some of them don’t work properly.

Disliked: The girl at reception was too busy talking to a group students and left us waiting at the main door for almost 10 minutes. We pressed the buzzer multiple times, she looked at us and carried in talking.
