Britannia Study Hotel

Very old, soft, squeaky mattress on flat boarding providing no support or comfort. Stained sheets. Spartan room at London prices. Stayed at many chained hotels with more comfort and less cost.

Liked: Location was good. Staff was nice
Disliked: The room was ok but the floor wasn't clean, which made me doubt of the cleanliness of everything else. In the end bathroom looked clean and bed too. But definitely not the floor. Breakfast had poor choice and 'warm' food was dry. Not an hotel I would recommend.
