Great value for money

Liked: Fantastic location, nice grounds, great pool and fitness centre, big bedroom...have stayed multiple times now and will be back again.
Disliked: Decor is a little tired but if you can look passed that it is great value for money.

Please refund my money because...

Liked: One of the worst hotel in Coventry because all the doors got hold, they can’t watch
Disliked: Bathrooms are not clean old smoke marks and some parts missing. We have to wait half an hour to get her in their language accessories. The staff are unresponsible the cleaners and the management staff there’s a war bus staff and the management of war but they very helpful for all Indian guest I really watched it a video of it. I will send the videos if you don’t sort out this matter. I will. I will send this video on my Facebook because I am a traveller.
