Disliked: The service was very poor, they collected a deposit meant to refund in 72hrs, it was never returned despite emails and calls to follow up, the place was not a hotel standard, we booked for the hotel but end up being send to a neighbouring hotel not sure the reasons, it s all confusion and deceiving, as a hotel its zero standard.

Liked: 2nd time I have booked this hotel and the 2nd time I have shipped out to a rubbish local hotel, I feel completely ripped off with the money I paid, I find it incredible that they don't seem to want people staying in there hotel, the hotels they send to are awful, feel like I've wasted £100

Liked: Absolute shit hole! We booked the Brittinia for 1 night worst thing I ever did. Arrived to check in to be told there was a "maintenance issue" and they've provided us with another hotel in the business suite. (clearly doesn't exist) got to the park hotel if that's what you want to call it to a homeless man being brought in by paramedics. The rooms had no air con and it was 30° there was mosquitoes all over the building and when we got back to the room in the night there were dead mosquitos all over the beds and all on the walls. They expected us and our 2 young children to stay in there. My partner told the man on the desk that we want another room which he said wasn't available. Until we said we wanted our money back and we would sleep in the car the man the asked if we were private or council after we said we payed he miraculously found us a mosquito free room. We found out we had basically paid to stay in a homeless shelter. There were about 70 prams stacked on top of each other blocking fire exists. Children crying all night. Another woman who was homeless there complained about the mosquitos biting her children and the man gave her surface spray to kill them. We have asked for a refund, complained and got no reply. We will be sending all the info to the council and other authorities that need to know about this. We just waited until we received our £100 holding deposit as other customers have complained and not received theirs. We got ours today 10 days after they took it.
