Liked: Terrible Experience – Would Never RecommendI had an extremely disappointing experience with Britannia Hotels. Upon check-in, the receptionist took a deposit from my card and had me fill out a form. Just as she was about to hand me the room key, she casually informed me—without any prior notice or even a basic apology—that the room was unavailable due to maintenance and that I was being diverted to another hotel.I went to the hotel I was redirected to, only to be told I was being sent again to yet another hotel. This final hotel, a partner hotel of Britannia (Best Western), was unacceptable. The entire building was uncomfortably hot, and the room I was given was shockingly small—barely larger than a single room and far below what I had paid for or expected.The complete lack of communication, courtesy, and basic customer service was appalling. I would never recommend Britannia Hotels or their partner Best Western based on this experience.

Liked: The bed was comfortable to some extent
Disliked: The breakfast options were not clear, I arrived at the reception ready to pay for Breakfast, I was handed a hard boiled egg still in its shell, raw bread and some spreads - it wasn't made clear that I could use any communal services to go and toast my bread - I went on a whim as I passed a door labelled "Kitchen"Would have been useful if I was shown or given the explanation that this is where I would make breakfast.The entertainment (TV) was absolutely useless, didn't function, none of the channels worked, the WiFi stopped working after about 30min - I ended up wasting my data allowance to be able to watch 'something' to keep my self entertained. I didn't have a number to call for support or rectify this. The receptionist was not helpful. When shown to my room she had disappeared through the many doors I had to use to access my room, didn't wait for me and practically waited for me to find my way until I caught up to show my room. Absolutely dreadful service.
