Liked: We were there for a concert at the hydro, its a 20 min walk down the road, staff were friendly, beds are comfy albeit a little high, im quite short so felt like i had to climb to get into bed. Could be doing with a second chair in the room.
Disliked: It was comfortable, but hot, the windows didnt open and the air con didnt work, there was a fan in the room but it did very little in the way of cooling the room down.

Disliked: Not all amenities advertised with the room was provided. Paid via booking.com and was advised upon arrival there was still an outstanding bill had to show proof of payment

Superb

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was large. The shower was very powerful - great! Comfy bed and good sleeps. I got a free continental breakfast on my last morning, which was lovely.
Disliked: The room was quite basically furnished - no frills e.g. bedside tables, coathangers - but it was adequate for my needs. It was a shame the bar and restaurant were closed.

Generally happy with the accommodation

Liked: Everything was adequate in the room and as you would expect for the price.
Disliked: There was a lot of noise from trains and the motorway but again it was too be expected. Ok
