Liked: Everything was excellent. Breakfast was perfect, the accommodation spot on and the house location was brilliant for getting to town & restaurants.
Disliked: Nothing.

Overall friendly and comfortable accommodation...

Liked: Excellent location i.e. shopping, train, ferry to Isle of Wight - all within easy walking distance and the host was friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was generous and enjoyable and beds clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit small but shower was excellent. Living area c ould have done with a second chair.

Exceptional

Liked: Tobi was an amazing host. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The property is situated close to the town centre with off-road parking, and it is in a good location to visit the New Forest. Less busy than Lyndhurst, too.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful host. Lovely, comfortable house. Loved the art work and the personal collections of China etc on display. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: It was quite expensive.

Liked: breakfast was excellent .even though we were next to the train station this did not matter as you could not here them. the room was so quit you could not here anything outside at all. town centre 2 minute walk away.
