Liked: The hotel is central and near the train station with comfortable beds, and an amazing breakfast in a beautiful old dining room.
Disliked: Our room only had velux windows with a view of the sky

Liked: The facilities at the hotel were excellent — everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The gym was especially great: well-equipped and really pleasant to use. The bed and blankets were super cozy, making for a really restful stay.The staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Peter at the bar, was fantastic and made the experience even better with his great service. Also, Sigve at the concierge — his recommendations were incredible and truly made a big difference to my stay. I ended up discovering places I wouldn’t have found otherwise, and it made the trip that much more special.
Disliked: While the food at the Brasserie restaurant was quite nice, the service unfortunately didn’t match the same standard. There was a noticeable difference between the warm, attentive service in the hotel overall and what I experienced at the Brasserie. One staff member in particular — I believe his name started with “M” — came across as a bit arrogant and not very approachable. In general, the service there felt less friendly and welcoming compared to the rest of the hotel, which was a bit disappointing given how great everything else was.

Beautiful comfortable convenient hotel in...

Liked: Beautiful facility, convenient to center of town, amazing bar, friendly helpful staff, fast elevators
Disliked: The lighting system in the rooms is super complicated - we could never figure out how to turn on just the lights we wanted, when we wanted. Our friends had the same opinion. Also a soap dish in the bathroom would have been useful.
