Disliked: Room was excessively hot. Receptionist didn't care. She said she would bring a fan but didn't. We got a parking ticket, despite having put our details in the tablet at the desk, which was unattended when we arrived at 8pm. I've emailed 3 times and not had a single reply, not even to acknowledge receipt of emails.

Liked: The rooms were clean
Disliked: The receptionist was pretty grumpy. We were charged £10 for checking in 30 minutes early even though our room was ready, this is pretty disgusting I have never encountered that at a hotel before. £80 is not cheap and it didn't include any breakfast that was extra

Disliked: Beds were extremely hard would be more comfortable laying on the floor

Disliked: The shower head was broken, could not have a proper shower. The toilet was still dirty.

Liked: Looks like it's been recently refurbished very clean, good WiFi comfortable beds
Disliked: Water pressure was horrendous making it very difficult to shower.
