It didn't live up to...

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were also very comfortable. All tea-making facilities were in place.Only one Asian girl was pleasant, the other one was very racist towards us and never even looked at us but kept speaking whilst looking down and chucking forms without any explanation. The security staff are delightful....maybe they should swap
Disliked: Staff are rude towards guests and not helpful. The wifi is not good at all... There is a phone in the room, but no directory on how to use it, so being there is useless. No heating most of the night, comes on automatically at 7 pm till 12 am

Disliked: Shower curtains need repositioning....desperately!!!!Some rooms the noise from the heating in the pipes are ridiculously load.
