uncomfortable and noisy

Liked: Meal was OK for price
Disliked: The room was awful, bed didn't look made. No mattress protector and stained. Coffees and teas in a mug for tea tray so had to clean mug before making one

Disliked: The hotel desperately needs updating, from massively chipped bath panels, to wooden toilet seats that have seen much better days. The welcome from the staff member was very short a man of very few words, which when asked to repeat didn't go down to well. Night staff was brilliant tho when I left!!!
