Disliked: We are traveling with 2 kids and they gave us a smokers room with a terrible smell. No alternatives were proposed as the hotel is fully booked.

Good value and convenient location...

Liked: Friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast buffet is a great value. We usually skip hotel breakfast, but based on other reviews we opted in and were very happy with the offerings.

Liked: Proximity to motorway. Lots of outdoor parking with security cameras.Late check-in available and 24H reception.Great restaurant within walking distance.Clean, good-sized bedroom and excellent shower!Good breakfast: fresh, very tasty local products and fresh warm bakery items.Friendly, available, competent staff.
Disliked: I don't like coffee from automatic machines but most hotels have this anyway! Bathroom door (room 34), needs oil on the hinges as it squeaks and disturbs other guest.I didn't understand how the radiator works in the bathroom!

Unfriendly welcome, smelly rooms!

Disliked: The staff were rude, prejudgemental, badly trained and did not respect health and hygiene. No respect for the fact that clients arriving have been working and driving all day, would like to get to there room, have a hot shower, relax and watch TV before an early start. Also, actually they have paid to stay in the hotel!!!The rooms as stated previously in other reviews had a rank odour. Everything, needs a good clean and disinfecting. The TV didn’t not work. The chef came in was reasonably rude blaming the TV not working on us, never apologized for the inconvenience, huffed and puffed for about 10mins then left. Certainly would not eat in the restaurant. When I complained, I received various emails hurling abuse at me. No customer is always right here attitude!
