Liked: I liked the location extremely close to the Sud de France arena, where I attended a concert. There is a tram stop practically outside the hotel, so it is very easy to get into the city centre. There is a restaurant and bakery beside the hotel. The hotel also provides an excellent breakfast. It's also a short taxi ride to the airport.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was very good.

Liked: I was traveling to airport early the next morning. Paid 51€ for the room. Was given a nice room, 2 beds, a bath. Very happy. They had a microwave in reception which was greatly appreciated. Receptionists friendly and trusting.
