Excellent except for no flexibility...

Liked: The usual we stay here regularly when when we travel down to our house in Spain It is good value for money , clean and great location , however be careful how you book! as we needed to come back early due to my wife being ill and they refused to let us change the date . This despite being regular visitors and the exceptional circumstances plus booking.com couldn't help
Disliked: Having to pay twice as we needed to come back early due to my wife being ill , we didn't want to cancel just come back early so had to book again for our new dateFor the first time we have been disappointed but not in the room etc so still scored this high

Excellent as always and great...

Liked: We stop here every time we drive back from southern Spain , the location is excellent , the staff very friendly , it is always very clean and it's great value for money
