Liked: The location and architecture of the building and the surrounding buildings. All walking distance from all the top locations and things to do in Rheims.
Disliked: Perhaps the parking options.

Convenient stopover in Reims, near...

Liked: Good location. Fairly comfortable accommodation.
Disliked: Showing signs of neglect. Worn out carpets and paintwork etc.

My hotel of choice in...

Liked: Comfortable unpretentious hotel. Welcoming staff. Good location. Near Hotel de Ville, cathedral, good restaurants close by.
Disliked: Not much.

I would not recommend this...

Liked: The only good thing was that the hotel was walking distance to the city center.
Disliked: The only room they had was located on the top floor (4th) and the air conditioning was not working. The staff person did not appear to care that the air conditioning was not working and did not even attempt to go to the room to see if there was something he could do. It was a horrible night of sleep (non-sleep).

Not what we we told...

Liked: One good moment - the front desk clerk when we checked out was wonderful. Calm, pleasant, and helpful. I think her name was Melia. A bright spot in a difficult experience.
Disliked: Dirty - the floors, the walls, the windows. Broken and discarded house phone in the room. Mold in the bathroom. Ripped carpets. Holes in the curtain. I took pictures.It was terribly disappointing.
