Liked: In town easy walking distance to cafe etc..
Disliked: Staff had no clue regarding parking.Cost €25 for maximum time which is only for 2.15 hours stay on a road where the hotel is.Do your homework for parking before going there.No air condition of 2 bedrooms we stay top floor, to hot to sleep there, no staffs around late afternoon.

Broken air-conditioner. Broken lift.

Liked: It was near to the city centre.
Disliked: The room was small, on the fourth floor, under the roof. The air conditioner made a lot of noise but produced no cold air. So, the room was like an oven. The lift was broken and there were only two towels provided for three people. Complained about the air conditioning and asked for a partial refund. Tge woman at reception said she would tell her manager. I have heard nothing. Don't use this hotel!

Liked: The location and architecture of the building and the surrounding buildings. All walking distance from all the top locations and things to do in Rheims.
Disliked: Perhaps the parking options.

Liked: Good location. Fairly comfortable accommodation.
Disliked: Showing signs of neglect. Worn out carpets and paintwork etc.
