Liked: Rooms were very nice. We liked the separation of the bedroom from the front room.
Disliked: Outside areas could use some care. Lounge chairs around the pool are very weathered. Chairs outside the rooms could be nicer.

Good place to stay, no...

Liked: I liked the clean king bed, bathroom, and towels. I liked the location of the hotel and the room. The AC was very good too.
Disliked: The Direct TV was in and out due to thunderstorms. The wifi was terrible. The curtains didn't close properly.

Liked: The manager & office staff were great.
Disliked: Ceiling tile over end of bathtub needed to be replaced & they did it before I returned to room later that day.

Liked: The staff were really nice.
Disliked: Definitely would not stay at this hotel again. The inside of the rooms were updated and nice, but all of the other amenities were disappointing and frustrating. We stayed for 4 days, 3 nights and the WiFi didn’t work 90% of the time. The room next to us had about 15 people in it and they kept us up until 4am 2 nights in a row. There are doors between the rooms that have not been insulated properly so we could hear them the entire night as if they were in our room.The parking spots at all shore hotels are always super tight, but these spots were beyond that. It was ridiculous that I couldn’t even get my kids in and out of the car and I had to squeeze myself between the cars to get in and out of the driver’s seat. My husband is 6’3, 250lbs and he literally could not even park the car because he couldn’t get out.The pool definitely needs updating. The lounge chairs around the pool area were gross, I didn’t even want to touch them and the pool itself needed a major deep clean. There were also no umbrella's other than at one small table, so you couldn’t sit around the pool unless you are able to be in direct sunlight the entire day. I need to be able to get out of the sun occasionally, which left my kids unable to stay at the pool as long as they wanted to. One of the pool gate’s also had a broken lock & my cousin’s 1 year old kept getting out of the gate, which I felt was so dangerous. I’m sure the gates are locked at night, but I just kept picturing a young child being able to access the pool without a parent and falling in the pool.There was no bathroom on the main floor near the pool area either, so if you had to use the facilities you had to go up to your room, which was super odd. There was also no shower or anything to hose off sand. The check out time was oddly 10am, which was weird to me, but that obviously wasn’t a huge deal, nor a reflection on the hotel. I’ve just always had an 11am check out elsewhere.

Disliked: My room was a joint room to another family. I could hear the other families conversations and I’m sure they could hear my daughter and I conversations. The parking is really tight. It is not equipped for a large suv. A small vehicle is necessary
