Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel

Liked: Firm bed.

Brilliant stay at the Marriott; room spacious; clean and comfortable; good breakfast and staff very professional;we ate supper in the Miller and Carter which was great, and walked up to the venue of the show which was really close.

Liked: Excellent location and the breakfast was great. The room was large
Disliked: The noise during the evening from another room kept us awake with constant banging, even the windows were vibrating. This went on until early hours. The bathroom was the only part of the room that was dirty, with fhe shower screen needing a good clean/scrub.

Disliked: No room service after 11pm on a Saturday night and couldn’t get the tv in the room to work. Also, when I queried if there was any room service just after 11pm, I had the phone put down on me by a rude member of staff.

Disliked: Room was not quite what we expected, there was a services room next to ours. It was v noisy. To be fair, the staff were very good in trying to resolve the issue

Spacious apartment suite in Bristol,...

Liked: Spacious apartment suite with a nice bathroom, living room, office, bedroom. Nice dinner spread we ordered through room service.
Disliked: Windows did not open a crack- which I understand but the air was a little stale in the basement floor level.
