Liked: Great location
Disliked: Key card stopped working each day, lifts were out of order and the bedroom maid did the absolute minimum.

I love coming to Bristol...
Liked: Old world charm and location and service.
Disliked: Bacon a little hard and there could have been more fresh fruit at breakfast.

Probs won't stay there again.
Liked: The bathroom smelled & the room was facing onto the back.

Liked: Lovely location and room
Disliked: The pool and spa was one of my main reasons for booking. On booking treatments I rang the salon number to hear a vm stating they were no longer open. I rang the hotel who confirmed this but DID NOT inform me that the pool was also closed. Unfortunately the email for this information went into my junk mail so we arrived not knowing we were not able to swim. Very disappointing. Also our room only got half a clean. The beds were left unmade and the cleaner left all her cleaning products in the bathroom. we wondered if she had been taken ill or something?

Liked: Ground floor room and check out was quick
Disliked: Check in took forever and I had to complete information I?d already submitted on line. No hot drink options in room. Just 2 bottles of water. Parking was £16.

Comfortable and convenient city centre...
Liked: Good choice at breakfast. Staff at breakfast were very helpful and efficient.
Excellent shower in room and bed very comfortable.
Disliked: No pool and spa facilities due to renovations- would have expected a reduction in price, which was quite expensive. Also no reduction in price for one person in room - at least should reflect only one person for breakfast.
