Liked: The only good thing I can say is that the location is excellent – right in the center of Frankfurt, just a 3-minute walk from the main train station.
Disliked: Not Worth the Stay – Dirty Room, Missing Rings, and Disappointing BreakfastI stayed at this hotel for just one night over the weekend.But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.•The room was visibly dirty. The floor mat hadn’t been cleaned and overall, it felt unhygienic, even though the price wasn’t that high. Still, for a hotel in Frankfurt, I expected better basic cleanliness.•I had a very bad experience with housekeeping. Before checking out, I washed my hands in the bathroom and took off my rings, leaving them by the sink. About 10 minutes after leaving the room, I realized I had forgotten them. I rushed back immediately and found the housekeeper already cleaning my room. I asked about the rings, but she insisted she didn’t see anything. I also asked another staff member, and she said the same. It all happened within such a short time, and yet no one had “seen” anything. I left feeling very disappointed and suspicious.•The breakfast was overpriced and disappointing. They charge €18.50 per person, but the quality doesn’t match the price. There was no bread variety at all, which is unusual for a hotel in Germany, where good bread is expected. Even worse, there was no coffee machine – just one option: weak, unpleasant black coffee.

Liked: I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was extremely disappointed. The room was dirty – the bedsheets looked used, the bathroom smelled awful, and the air conditioner was barely working. It was uncomfortable and definitely not worth the price.
Disliked: The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. Every time I asked for assistance, they either ignored the request or acted like it was a burden. There was no sense of hospitality at all.

Liked: the value for money wasn’t terrible, though the experience definitely left something to be desired. On a positive note, the staff was very kind and we didn’t encounter any major issues during our stay
Disliked: The floor in the room was very dirty, and the blankets were not clean either. There were not enough photos of the room available at the time of booking, which made it hard to know what to expect. The shower was small and had no door, and the lighting was poor—there were only lights near the entrance and by the beds. I had booked a large double room, but the lighting was still insufficient for the size of the space.

Cheap overnight stay for travelers

Liked: It is an okay place to stay if you're passing through the city by train, so it's just a cheap place to rest your head for the night, so it has everything you need in that regard.
Disliked: The room we got had black mould in the bathroom and questionable stains on the sheets and floor. The AC didn't do much and having the window open wasn't an option due to the noise of several bars on the same street. It struck us both as a cheap place for locals to bring their overnight partner for a fun time. Nothing wrong with that, just gave the place a strange vibe.
