Excellent location and super friendly...

Liked: Great location and very helpful staff specially Jean who upgraded us for bigger room.
Disliked: Needs someTouch up’s specially basement area and bit nosy weekend due the bars and clubs near by.

Disappointing - not the luxury...

Liked: The location
Disliked: It seemed worn - paintwork needed attention in the room and stained carpets in the hallways.For a ‘deluxe’ room the decor was basic. No info in the room, understocked mini bar, tea making facilities not easily accessible.Restaurant/bar cold and unwelcoming.

Disliked: Parking was bit tedious and really tight for an Audi Q7, spa was lovely swimming pool is pretty small
