Liked: Very central location and short walk from car park.
Disliked: Room very warm and small

Little disappointed.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and our room was large and quiet. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but jt looked lovely in there. Reception staff were very nice. Hotel is in a great location!
Disliked: The thing I’m most disappointed about was that my daughter wasn’t able to use the swimming pool. I booked the hotel for her tenth birthday as I wanted something really special, unfortunately I didn’t realise she had to be 18 to use the pool. It’s the only reason I booked this particular hotel. The bed is fairly uncomfortable, it’s also really high so my daughter had to jump to get on it. I also don’t like that you get charged £50 on arrival which gets refunded the day you leave, it’s something I’d expect from more of a budget friendly hotel which this was not.

Disliked: Booking. Com dont tell you only continental breakfast is included, not a cooked breakfast, also if you book through them, you pay for the HarSpa, but if you book direct its included. A bargain isnt always a bargain !

Disappointing

Expected more from the suit...

Liked: Breakfast was ok … no butter on the bacon sandwich so very dry. The suit we booked was very standard, considering we upgraded. Carpets in the hall ways need a good clean !
Disliked: Bag wasn’t taken to the room when we dropped it off, had to come back down for it. No pen to order room service breakfast had to call down to get one.
