Disliked: The property is very old not taken care of. I refused to stay there because the maintenance man was heat treating rooms for bed bugs. When I asked for a refund, I was told to contact booking.com and they would notify the hotel to refund me. Terrible hotel.

Liked: Rooms are clean. Staff was very friendly. Gentleman that was working the night shift was very nice and wasn't bothered by our late arrival. Also gave us some ideas of things to do during our stay. Although the main floor ice machine wasn't working it was well labeled with a sign stating it was broken and to please use the 2nd floor machine.
Disliked: Pool was unavailable and we were not told that at check in. Staff politely informed us as we were walking towards the pool area. Only real downside to our stay.
