Liked: The location and the room size is good for family. Breakfast is pretty good . Easy check in check out . Walking distance to riverside and story bridge.

Liked: The room was clean and the staff were lovely
Disliked: Our fridge was hot and required fixing, the milk was off so we had off coffee and the tea was weak and tasted strange(we drink it black) we were told are parking would be complimentary by the valet when we arrived only to see we’ve been charged.

Disliked: The beds are terrible had the worst night sleep in a hotel

Liked: Welcomed exceptionally and we were there for my best friends birthday and they went above and beyond to provide an amazing sweet treat
Disliked: Parking was very difficult and not available
