Liked: Well situated for shopping and sightseeing. Lovely view from room. Great buffet breakfast. Lovely pool, spa and sauna area.
Disliked: The plug in the bath tub didn’t work.

Exceptional
Liked: I liked how friendly and helpful the staff were, we arrived late after our flight was delayed and they were so accommodating with everything.
Disliked: Better lighting in the room

Poor value for money.

Disliked: Not cleaned properly.The soap was not filled and we had to do without this for 2 days.The carpet was not vacuumed properly.Trash and food trays were not collected in time.

Disappointing!
Liked: Booking.com sold the room as 1 large double and 1 double bedding configuration. It was 2 standard db beds.
Disliked: The executive lounge has become very basic, no hot chocolates in the lounge (for kids) & was told they would honour a hot chocolate free of charge from in-room dining but I needed 2. They did not keep the sweets out from the dinner service & had to purchase desserts from in-room dining and asked for the menu in the executive lounge which they didn’t have. So I had to call the hotel reception to read out the menu as we were in the lounge. I’ve never had a bad sticky date pudding (it’s pretty hard to make it horribly), a trio of ice cream & a banana split which was a banana cut in half (not a lovely fried banana fritter) with a trio of ice cream. Cost a fortune. The room was $478 for 1 night, plus parking plus desserts. So expensive for standard services. I didn’t complain but made the decision it would be our last stay there, however, the morning reception staff ‘Clarice’ restored my faith when kindly asking how our was. I nicely said it was disappointing to have saved up a night to take my kids away with how expensive everything was, wasn’t the bedding configuration we were sold and the executive lounge was not worth it, told her about the desserts & how we had to pay for it on top of the exec lounge passes. She refunded our in-room dining dessert charges and the 1 hot chocolate which I truly appreciated but didn’t expect. So huge thanks to Clarice for your service.
