Liked: Perfect in every way—beautiful resort and grounds; fabulous cuisine; gorgeous rooms; lovely spa with excellent massage therapists; pristine swimming pool; a smiling, well-trained staff, and professional management that genuinely cares about the comfort of every guest. The ambiance is peaceful, elegant and casual. We suggest taking the 20 minute walk around the lake under the canopy of trees while listening to the layers of birdsong. This property is an ideal spot to relax and feel pampered while being surrounded by natural beauty. It has our highest recommendation!

Shame about the restaurant lack...

Liked: Comfortable room & good parking. Excellent and very quick room service for dinner.
Disliked: Difficulty getting served in the bar as there was only one, overstretched, bar staff member working. We were also completely forgotten about in the restaurant - seated, not given menus whilst other couples seated after us were, and had their order taken before we received any service at all - and only then because we made a fuss. The menu was also rather limited with nothing on it that we fancied.

Relaxing stay in an exceptional...

Liked: This is an amazing property maintained by an exceptional crew! The rooms are spacious and exquisitely decorated. The breakfast offers a quality selection of both sweet and savoury options. The friendly staff are happy to make hot drinks and eggs. The bar is second to none with several adjacent seating areas; check out their mezzanine! The outdoors are breathtaking! The management knows what they are doing!
Disliked: My only recommendation concerns the lack of any washing facilities in the toilet. I don’t mind the fact that the toilet is located across the room from the washroom, but such an arrangement necessitates a bidet. Since there is not much space in the toilet room, I believe a combined two-in-one toilet-bidet would be the best solution.

Liked: The whole property on the lake was pretty magical. Oliver Concierge was lovely and so nice to me.
Disliked: Everything else. I only stayed for 2 days and was expecting 5 star. It was only just a 4 star but definitely not 5 star.I had a few problems during my stay which I explained at check out, unfortunately the manager was off and the lady on reception had no authority. The next morning I was actually asked to pay for something the receptionist took off so I had to re-explain my problems! I was so embarrassed. Once I had explained he said the same thing, sorry no manager and I don't have authority. Well I have emailed the manager 3 times now and no response. So rude
