The best hotel I've stayed...

Liked: My room was very comfortable and larger than I had expected. Superb breakfast that really set us up for the hard conference day ahead!
Disliked: Can't think of anything

Friendly cosy stay

Liked: Breakfast was great, room was cosy and clean and gave you the means to arrange the temperature. Amenities (coffee kettle, sweets) were an excellent touch.
Disliked: I was on the third floor with no elevator. Although since I only went out twice a day (once for breakfast and once to go for work) it wasn't such a problem.

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing breakfast cooked to order. Owners were really helpful.
Disliked: The executive single is quite small and there's no much space to unpack stuff but fine for a few days.

Excellent

Liked: Friendly owners, very helpful in every way breakfast excellent. Room was beautifully decorated and clean.
Disliked: The only thing would be that single glazed windows allowed late night noise in, which was a little disrupting. However this was only impactful for an hour or so rather than all through the night.

Liked: In order of what matters to me most I’d say superFriendly!Comfortable!Clean!But also great location for mooching around Kemptown, beach and Laines. Breakfast was YUMMY. Room was fab with a ridiculously comfy bed! Richard and Stephen were perfect hosts
Disliked: Bit of noise from the street due to pub on the corner but if you choose somewhere close to the action then this is to be expected.

Exceptional B&B in Brighton! Great...

Liked: Great location, lovely room and comfortable bed. Bathroom and water pressure fantastic. Richard and Simon are the best hosts and the breakfasts were all delicious.
Disliked: Nothing

Great short stay in Brighton...

Liked: Very central but quiet, lovely and clean. Amazing variety of tasty cooked breakfast.Friendly owners.
Disliked: We only had the standard room and it was compact.

Superb

Liked: Hosts made us feel at home, welcoming and very friendly. Stayed in room 6 very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast. City centre location Close to the Brighton Pavilion, beach and the lanes. Would recommend and look forward to a return visit.
