When in Brighton, it's got...

Liked: The breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect, providing access to all the usual suspects in Brighton, the pier, the laines and many pubs & restaurants.
Disliked: Whilst parking can be an issue, this was maðe easier after Richard provided a scratch card and explained where to park.

A really good comfortable place...

Liked: Great location, great room - lots of extras like air conditioning ( a godsend!) and a special face cloth for taking your make up off! Our room 6 was a great size, comfy bed and very cool!
Disliked: There was very little to criticize. I might have preferred a bigger cold selection at breakfast and a room key each would have been helpful in our situation, but this is a guest house, not a hotel, so......not really an issue. The decor in the landing area was a little tired, but still very clean. T

Fantastic B & B

Liked: Excellent location. Owners made you feel welcome and were happy to give information to help guests. Room was very comfortable and clean, bed linen very good. Bathroom although small well designed and absolutely spotless. Fantastic breakfast with good choice on offer. Basically loved our stay there and would thoroughly recommend!!
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: Staff kindness, cleanliness, room accessories and coffee corner. Wide choice for breakfast.
Disliked: Narrow and steep stairway, but this is quite common in uk

Liked: Clean, excellent breakfast and wonderful hosts
Disliked: Small fridge would have been useful
