Liked: Gorgeous hotel! The perfect getaway. I got such a warm welcome, super comfy bed, delicious breakfast and a short walk to the sea front and Brighton pier. Highly recommended!

Liked: The hosts were amazing and try their best to make our stay comfortable and happy. Breakfast was great, short walk to the beach and city center.

Liked: Great location and within walking distance to the town . The hotel was great. Rooms very comfortable and clean towels etc every day. We had bottled water and tea and coffee making facilities in the room .Wonderful cooked breakfast to start the day .We all enjoyed the weekend in Brighton We would definitely recommend the hotel, and we will definitely come back .

A fabulous find with fabulous...

Liked: Richard was extremely welcoming on arrival. Car parking was sorted with a minimum of fuss.Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.Breakfast was fabulous and extremely filling, just what we needed to start our days.Both of our hosts Richard and Simon were wonderful.
Disliked: The room was very warm , but that was because we are not used to it. A fan had been provided which was very welcome.

Liked: The owners and accommodation were of the highest standards, I could not recommend this place enough, it is refreshing to stay somewhere and be treated like valued guests. Nothing was too much trouble.
