Liked: The room was clean. The communication was very good, they were even able to split the beds an hour before our arrival which was greatly appreciated.

Disliked: I didn't understand the pfaff of the check in procedure when I booked it. I thought it was a normal hotel, not a remote booking. I had a private bathroom, but it was down the hall.

Liked: Clean and great location. Self check in was smooth/nice too! Provided coffee packets and room had a kettle.
Disliked: A bit dated, but a good place to stay if you’re just looking for a nice clean place to sleep. There’s no lift but that’s to be expected as it’s an older building. No room attendance/servicing/cleaning as it’s by request only and subject to £25 charge each time; otherwise it’s free every 7 days.
