Very satisfactory

Liked: Our twin room was small but clean and comfortable. The facilities were good. When I asked for a change of towels and bin, it was done within about 15 minutes. The location is excellent for Kemptown shops and bars, the sea front, and the city centre.
Disliked: I reported that the extractor fan in our bathroom wasn't working but that never got resolved. I don't think they actually believed me, but they didn't send anyone to check it as far as I know.

Exceptional

Liked: Didn't see any staff so can't comment on that but the room was great fantastic for for what we needed very central to everything we wanted very clean tea and coffee was a great touch for when we arrived loved the trerrace patio was,great because of how hot it was
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: tv remote didn't work and wifi didn't work.

Great hotel

Liked: Room was really clean, had a single. Bed was comfortable and the room had a window and a fan to stay cool, also good amount of closet space. Staff was super nice and helpful, location is superb. Will definitely stay again.
Disliked: The room doesn't have a mini fridge, but the hotel does offer a communal one. Singles bathroom was down the hall, not a huge minus but notable. The reception didn't have set availability hours if you want to communicate to a person but they answer well to messages on booking.com. Also should notice that the hotel is not accessible, loads of stairs. Nothing really bad, just few notes that might be helpful.

Liked: The location was perfect, the room was clean with great facilities. The hotel provided a link for us to acquire a parking permit for the area which was a life saver with how busy Brighton usually is as well

Liked: Good location, walking distance from main attractions and beach.
Disliked: No lift, lots of stairs with heavy suitcases. No aircon, very hot during the heatwave (only a small fan provided).
