Liked: The facility was quite clean. The room was comfortable and neat.
Disliked: The external facade does not tell the story of the Facility.The external could do with a bit of a touch up

Liked: Clean and great location. Self check in was smooth/nice too! Provided coffee packets and room had a kettle.
Disliked: A bit dated, but a good place to stay if you’re just looking for a nice clean place to sleep. There’s no lift but that’s to be expected as it’s an older building. No room attendance/servicing/cleaning as it’s by request only and subject to £25 charge each time; otherwise it’s free every 7 days.

Disliked: Everything was good.

Convenient hotel close to Brighton...

Liked: Convenient for the Brighton Centre concert and cafe eateries close by. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. It was easy to check in and to safely access the property and the room
Disliked: The TV was not working, the wash basin plug in the bathroom did not hold water on the basin and the bathroom door did not shut properly.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, nice rooms, just make sure you reserve parking ahead of time, there was a paid parking about 10 minute walk away though.

Great place, I’d come back.

Disliked: The heater didn’t worked for the first night.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, & location Ok .
Disliked: The hotel wasn’t actually a hotel it was run like an Air BB , something I’m not used to booking. This wasn’t transparent when booking . it lacked attention to detail and was tired of. Certainly overpriced for what we received !
