Lovely place, quiet just right...

Liked: Very clean, lovely view from room, greatLocation to the seafront, A very relaxed comfortable hotel.
Disliked: Scaffolding outside but no big problem every place needs a bit of freshening up now and again. Shame no breakfast but again not a problem as plenty of places to have breakfast.

Liked: The room was clean, quiet and well-equipped, the check-in was straight-forward, overall great value for money
Disliked: The shower was slightly clogged and the cord to pull up the blinds was broken so I couldn't see through the window.

Comfortable and accommodating.

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable - I stayed in both room 8 (3 nights) and room 5 (one night), with separate, lockable bathroom for each. I liked that you could just come and go as you pleased. The staff were happy to move my possessions from one room to another while I was out.
Disliked: Although they cannot offer breakfast, this did not bother me as there are plenty of options within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. The room was a bit on the small size, but great value for a single. There was some scaffolding outside while there, but this didn't affect my stay at all.

Disliked: We couldn't get into our room as no key was left when we arrived but a lovely lady came to help us and was very apologetic and reassuring. This was however quite stressful for us but mistakes happen.

Liked: The location of the property was great.
Disliked: Did not feel very clean, front entrance not very welcoming. Room Hadnt been hoovered properly, there was a pack of buttons on the floor from previous guests, bday confetti on bathroom floor.The terrace would of been nice if it had been cleaned. Cigarette butts in ashtray and fake grass needed a hoover or sweep. Patio doors had no catch or lock on them so you had to leave your room open, thankfully we had no valuables on us otherwise i would not have stayed.
