The Boundary Hotel - B&B

I enjoyed my visit to the Boundary Hotel. It was comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Liked: It was situated fairly close to both the venue and Burley Park railway station.
Disliked: Just needs a few updates.

Really really poor cleanliness.

Liked: Both people I dealt with at check out / in were very nice and welcoming
Disliked: The room was in a very poor state. There were serious damp problems, which left a strong, unpleasant smell and made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the shower holder didn’t work, the bedding was old and tatty, and the window wouldn’t shut. Overall, the whole place felt neglected and badly maintained. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but the damp issues and general condition made this stay really disappointing.

Liked: The Boundary hotel is in a great location, the bedding and towels are spotless and fresh-smelling. The full English breakfast is delicious.
Disliked: Bathrooms and rooms need refreshing, no toilet paper.

Nice stay,happy with everything.

Liked: Nice area,had been before,new how good public transport was and amenities.
Disliked: Could not complain about anything.

Liked: Stayed numerous times right next to Headingly Stadium, really friendly staff, cheap compared to anywhere. Plenty of tea and coffee.
Disliked: Always prefer not to share bathroom facilities.
