Short stay in Brighton

Liked: Convenient location, pleasant staff, substantial breakfast. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern.
Disliked: The curtains did not close all the way so light from the window got through, unfortunately just at the head of the bed where I was trying to sleep. I climbed on a chair to try and pull them closed but it didn't help much.

Very good

Liked: Very welcoming and friendly. Changed room to accommodate my bad knee.
Disliked: Shower very small.

Liked: Would have preferred a cooked breakfast.
Disliked: The windows didn't close properly.

Short break in a pleasant...

Liked: Location wasn't bad. Very close to the i360 and what's left of the west pier. Very nice welcome and staff were helpful. Room was huge.
Disliked: I can imagine parking would be an issue in the peak months. We took the train so had no problems. Breakfast was a little unusual but actually suited our tastes, apart from the coffee which was so bitter I couldn't drink it. Lesson learnt, the tea the following day was fine.
