Great B&B, would recommend

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The house was in a great location, central but still quite quiet. Beach was a 3 minute walk away. The breakfast was a wonderful addition, great selection and very fresh. There were croissants, water and fruit available throughout the day.
Disliked: The single rooms we booked were on the 4th floor, there was no lift and narrow stairs at the top of the house. I travelled with my 75 year old mum so it wasn’t ideal.

Liked: Location was good and fairly close to brighton train station.
Disliked: The property was great, the only issue was maybe the stair case if you have heavy luggage.

Liked: The location was excellent, walking distance to the beach and shopping locations. The staff were great, they even brought my suitcase up all the stairs for me. The wifi was good. The breakfast had a good variety. Would definitely recommend this place to stay!
Disliked: The curtains let lots of light in in the morning time.

Liked: The bed was super comfortable and a very large single. The staff were really welcoming. I like the European style breakfast there was a good choice - homemade yogurt was delicious and a nice touch. I was pleased to be on the first floor and had a sea view and little balcony that made me feel I was in luxury though appreciate can't offer that to many of the rooms. There was plenty of tea and coffee and a bottle of cold water provided to take to my room.
Disliked: noting I loved it and already recommended to friends

Liked: Staff really friendly and helpful, room clean and tidy, bed was really comfy, 30 seconds from the beach. It was separate from main roads so perfect for light sleepers. Its really nice area.
Disliked: Only hot breakfast was croissants, pastries and toast, it had a lot of cold food, don't get me wrong, it was really good but I missed the good all-day breakfast. But I will definitely recommend it and we will come back!

Disliked: No cooked English breakfast, however this didn't spoil our stay. The breakfast we had was great.
